Chief Governance Officer, Chief Human Resource Officer and Corporate Secretary

Amy is HAI Group's chief human resource officer and corporate secretary. In this role, she directs the people, processes, and systems within the company that are necessary to support HAI Group's Board of Directors and internally within our organization. Prior to her current role, Amy served as the company's assistant treasurer, director of finance, and director of enterprise risk management.

Before joining HAI Group in 2002, she was chief of staff to the chief financial officer of CIGNA Healthcare; prior to that she was a financial analyst at OTIS Elevator. Amy began her career as an auditor with KPMG, LLP. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Connecticut.
