Assistant Director, Business Development & Strategic Solutions

As assistant director of Business Development & Strategic Solutions, Jeff leads the business development team that is responsible for implementing HAI Group’s growth strategy.

An insurance industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in public and affordable housing, Jeff previously served as assistant director of HAI Group’s customer service division and its Strategic Capital Solutions division, the latter of which offered financial feasibility assessment services and assisted housing organizations that participated in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit development transactions. Prior to that, he was vice president of Risk Control.

Jeff has experience in risk management, insurance, property inspections, building construction, and project management. He holds certifications in customer experience, commercial real estate, construction risk management, asset management, and low-income housing tax credit management. A licensed property and casualty insurance agent, Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Albertus Magnus College and a master’s degree in management from the University of Dayton.
