Sherry Sullivan

Chief Insurance Officer and Vice President

As chief insurance officer and vice president, Sherry is responsible for overseeing the company's insurance operations, including underwriting, account services, and sales. Sherry brings more than 30 years of experience in low-income multifamily housing and insurance to HAI Group. Since joining the company in 1987, she has held roles of increasing responsibility, and she played a pivotal role in creating many of the organization's products and companies.

A graduate of Quinnipiac University, Sherry holds numerous certifications in the housing and insurance industries. She is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), licensed insurance producer, Certified Public Housing Manager (C-PHM), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and Associate in Commercial Underwriting (ACU).
